For example, this is off math, but say it drained 3 energy per second, increasing the Power Duration on your Ember might cause the ability to drain 3 energy every 2 seconds, or something like that. I think it affects the duration between energy drain. I'm not expert, but I believe a lot of abilities such as Ember's 4th ability might be affected by Power Duration even though it's not straight up obvious.
